The villa is family owned and maintained to a high standard by the owners. There are 2 master en-suite bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms and a further house/pool bathroom. We have a private, screened, west facing pool overlooking a conservation area, the pool deck has been extended to accommmodate additional loungers as well as the table and chairs so there is room for everyone. The 2 living areas have vaulted ceilings and are fully tiled, both have cable TV and this makes the villa an ideal vacation home for all the family.
The villa is ideally located for all the attractions of Orlando. Disney is a 15 minute drive away and all the other parks are within easy reach. There are shops, restaurants, banks and Golf courses within a mile of the house. The Champions Gate golf coursse with the David Leadbeater Academy is a 5 minute drive. The beaches of the Gulf coast are a 2 hour drive and the Atlantic coast and Kennedy Space Centre can be reached in an hour.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal and ample crockery and utensils for indoor or outdoor dining. a dining nook is adjacent and there is an additional formal dining area incorporated into the great room.. The great room has PS2/DVD and a selection of DVD'd and games for our guests to enjoy. The family room has patio doors to the pool and has a video recorder and CD player/radio.
The villa is in a quiet, well established, gated community and is not adjacent to the highway. Guests have access to the community pool and clubhouse with internet access adn fitness suite. There is a cot & high chair in the villa and guests have complimentary use of the telephone and charcoal barbecue. There is a hairdryer in each bathroom and ample linens and towels which are included in the price.

Our west facing pool and extended deck are ideal for soaking up the sun or relaxing in the evening and watching the spectacular sunsets.
Our villa is located in a quiet gated community within east reach of amenities (the nearest supermarket is approx 1 mile) attractions and golf courses.
