TUSCAN RIDGE
Countryside at Tuscan Ridge is one of Florida's most exclusive developments, set amongst Orange groves, it offers a peaceful location, yet still within easy reach of all the major theme parks and attractions. Being just minutes from US Highway 192 and interstate 4, it enjoys a perfect location to explore everything Florida has to offer.
VILLA
The spacious air conditioned family living room is fully tiled with views over the pool area , and pool access through large sliding patio doors The luxurious furnishings include, a 3 and 2 seater sofa with a single lounge chair - The 3 seater can be utilized as a pull out bed if required. Entertainment is provided with cable TV , DVD player, and CD audio. A selection of DVD’s are provided for guests use. A telephone, with free local calls is also provided. The dining room, located at the front of the villa comprises of a formal dining suite with seating for six people.
The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with every modern appliance including cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge with filtered water, and Ice-maker. There is also a separate laundry / utility room with a washer, and dryer. All crockery, cutlery, glasses, and cooking utensils are supplied for guests use. Adjacent to the kitchen is a breakfast nook, with table, and seating for four people.
The villa has two near identical master bedroom suites, both with king size beds, and both equipped to the same high standard. The master suites have cable TV, DVD player, alarm clock radios, and telephones provided . Both of the suites have pool access via patio doors, and extensive wardrobe, and storage space .A ceiling fan to complement the air conditioning is also fitted for your comfort.
Leading from both master suites are very large, and luxurious en-suite bathrooms. The en-suite facilities comprise of, separate toilet, corner bath, large walk-in shower, and twin vanity area. A hairdryer is also provided in both suites.
The villa also has a further two ,air conditioned twin bedrooms, which are both bright , and spacious, and are equipped with fitted wardrobes, and good storage space. Both twin rooms have cable TV, and a Playstation 2 , which can also he used as a DVD player, or CD audio player, A selection of games are provided for your enjoyment. Conveniently situated between the twin bedrooms is a fu11 family bathroom, which has toilet, bath, and over, heed shower.
The outside living area Includes a fan cooled lanai , which has a table , and chairs for outside seating or catering . Plastic glasses and plates are provided for outside use also. The pool, and Spa area is fully screened to keep the area free from debris.
The 26 x 13 pool , can be heated for your comfort, and is complimented with a jacuzzi / spa bath, in which to relax in, Around the pool, sun lounge’s are, provided for your comfort. Whilst soaking up the Florida sun. The pool area is accessed through the family room or from both master suites, and has a removable children security screen.
