Our Florida Vacation villa is located on the beautiful and peaceful community of ‘Countryside at Tuscan Ridge’ in Davenport to the western side of Kissimmee.
The development has a mix of residential and vacation villas all built on oversized plots that are offset to respect privacy.
Tuscan Ridge is on US27 just off junction 58 of Interstate 4, which is gateway to all the major attractions, airports and the Atlantic or Golf coasts. We are 15 minutes from Disney World and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
If you’re a golf enthusiast there are several excellent course within an easy 10 minutes drive of the villa.
Our beautiful new single storey luxury home has been professionally furnished to a very high standard and comes complete with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful self-catering holiday experience.
The property has two master suites and 2 living areas, which make it ideal for two families holidaying together and very spacious for one. It is fully air - conditioned. It comfortably sleeps 8 plus an infant in the bedrooms with a queen sofa bed in the Living Room for an additional 2 guests.
We have a private pool with spa that can be heated if requested. The sun deck has been extended and a fine screen to keep out insects covers the whole area. There is also a large lanai (covered patio area) that offers shade all day long.
The pool can be viewed and accessed from the Master bedroom, Living Room and the Great Room and the second Master’s Bathroom leads directly to the pool area.
We have young family & so fully appreciate how challenging it can be to travel light with young ones in tow. To ease the load and make your holiday a stress free experience we’ve equipped the villa with as many things as possible to make the little ones stay enjoyable and to give parents peace of mind. All items provided are Free of Charge for the duration of your stay.
All the children’s items are discreetly stored away so will not spoil the aesthetics of the villa for those of our guests who do not have young ones.
In the family bathroom there’s a non-slip bathmat, potty, trainer seat, changing mat, baby bath and bath toys.
The kitchen comes equipped with a microwave, blender, plastic cutlery, and bowls, plates, beakers, highchair and microwave steam bottle sterilizer. If required there’s door safety catches and plug covers.
For sleeping there’s a cot with ample sheets and blankets.There’s also a bed guard that can be attached to any of the twin beds.
The property is very spacious so we have provided a baby monitor so you can hear the children sleeping in the bedrooms while relaxing in the house or by the pool.
In addition to the cot there is also a travel cot that can be used as a playpen in the house or while out by the pool. There is a travel stair gate that can be attached to the bedroom doorways if required.
Outside by the pool the children have their own set of patio furniture and a security fence can be placed around the pool to prevent unsupervised access. We have armbands, baby swim seat and floats at the villa.
If you fancy a walk around the Community or to the children’s play area there’s a stroller/buggy provided. This can also be taken to the Parks to save on buggy hire.
We have numerous toys, books and games to keep children of all ages entertained.
