n a peaceful location within the desirable mixed guest and residential Countryside community of Tuscan Ridge our home provides the perfect accommodation. Homes on Tuscan Ridge benefit from oversize lots so you don't feel hemmed in. Situated on Highway 27 just off Interstate 4 and Highway 192, it is under 15 minutes to Disney by car and ideally located for easy access to all the other major attractions. Within a few minutes drive of our home there are supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses. Our home is fully air conditioned/heated and has two master suites with King and Queen Sized beds, beautifully appointed bath/shower rooms. 2 further twin bedrooms share a 3rd bath/shower room. The main Master bedroom overlooks the pool and gardens. Both master suites have direct access to the pool for that early morning swim. The Great Room overlooks the pool and garden area and includes comfy sofas, one of which converts to an additional queen sized bed, a Stereo, TV, DVD/VCR players, and a games cupboard. A ceiling fan is fitted for additional comfort. Should you require peace and quiet away from the TV there is a Living room, which also overlooks the pool, to relax in. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large capacity fridge/freezer with ice maker, loads of other gadgets, and for all your cooking and dining needs. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. For mealtimes there is formal dining room, or the breakfast nook which also overlooks the pool. Not forgetting the covered Lanai for those alfresco meals. The screened pool area benefits from exposure to day long sunshine. Furnished with comfy pool furniture the extended decking is the perfect place to soak up the sun. For complete peace of mind all exits to the pool areas are fitted with alarms so your children can't escape to the pool without your knowledge. If things get too hot the covered fan cooled lanai provides a welcome shady retreat. We love plants and the gardens are our personal "work in progress" which we will add to each time we visit. We have a privacy hedge border planted around the rear of the Villa. Last trip we added a Banana plant patch and Citrus trees in the rear garden. By the summer there should be oranges for your juice, limes for your Corona, and lemons for your G&T.| Bedrooms | 4 |
