Sunset Villa will provide you with the perfect vacation home offering a beautiful lake view in a very tranquil setting just 10 minutes from Disney. This is a 4 bedroomed single storey, air-conditioned, property situated in a private gated community of executive homes surrounded by two lakes and bordering a conservation area in West Kissimmee. Just 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport, it is close to local amenities including supermarkets and restaurants and has easy access to the major highways and theme-parks. The villa has an open plan living area with large TV / DVD / VCR and Stereo FM Radio - Cable TV serves all the TV's in the villa. The living area is comfortably furnished in a light Floridian style with ample lighting and a ceiling fan. Triple sliding patio doors lead directly onto the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar includes a dishwasher - cooker - microwave and health grill. The large fridge/freezer also has an ice maker. The pleasant dining area adjoins the open plan kitchen and has sliding patio doors to the covered lanai. The dining area and kitchen have ceramic tiled floors. All the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. The full master bedroom has a queen size bed with patio doors leading to the pool area. A 25" TV and DVD Player and hairdryer are provided. The ensuite master bathroom has a deep tub bath, walk in shower and twin wash basins. The second bedroom has a full double bed - TV and VCR and hairdryer with ensuite facilities. There are 2 further twin bedrooms which share the third full bathroom. (twin washbasins, bath /shower. Each twin room is equipped with a wall mounted LCD television. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes and closets with ample storage space. The bedrooms are carpeted whilst all the bathrooms have ceramic floor tiling. All bed linen and towels are provided. The large double garage has been converted into a games room containing a large pool table, air hockey table and foosball, which will provide hours of entertainment. A CD player/Radio has also been provided. The pool is larger than average and has electric heating if required in the cooler winter months ( October to March). It is south facing and perfect for all day sunbathing. The pool overlooks a natural lake where you may see a variety of local wildlife including bald eagles, heron and turtles. The comfortable decking area has a covered lanai which can be cooled by a ceiling fan, giving you a shady place to escape from the Florida sun. It has ample patio furniture including sun loungers. Coloured pool towels are provided for guests. Amenities There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer situated in the garage. Free local, national and international phone calls to most countries, limited to a one hour duration for each individual call. Free High Speed Wireless Internet access is available for guests with their own computer ï¿½ details on request. A gas BBQ is available for guest use outside the pool area. A travel cot , basic buggy and high chair are available free of charge for guest use. A selection of games and books are provided in the living area.
