Our Brand new luxurious four bedroom villa is situated on the prestigious gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. A beautiful landscaped area, lined with palm trees, just 18 minutes from Disney Theme Parks and only 50 minutes from the sandy Gulf coast beaches. It is an idyllic place to stay for both golfers and non-golfers alike who are looking to enjoy all the attraction of Florida. Our villa is furnished to an exceptionally high standard all the rooms are tastefully decorated and there is air conditioning throughout for your comfort. It comprises two Master bedrooms one with an en-suite and both rooms have queen sized beds, There are two further twin bedrooms, one has twin beds and the other room has bunk beds.
Living Areas:
The large family room looks out directly onto the pool area through double patio doors. For your relaxation you will find two very comfortable sofas, one is a queen size sofa bed, a coffee table, two side tables with lamps, a cable television and a selection of board games. The Dining area has a large dining table which seats six, adjoining the Family room is the breakfast area, furnished with a table and four chairs. From the breakfast area there is access to the fully equpped kitchen with two bar stools situated at the breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge freezer, oven and hob, cooking utensils and crockery are provided. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the utility room. All linens and towels supplied. Cot/crib, highchair is supplied for your use.
Master Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom has an en-suite with access to the pool area. The bedroom itself has sliding patio doors also to the pool area. Queen sized bed, two bedside units with lamps, large walk in wardrobe, large dressing table with mirror and hairdryer and cable television. The second master bedroom once again, is tastefully furnished and comes complete with fitted wardrobes, queen sized bed, two bed side units with lamps, chest and hairdryer. The room has access to the second bathroom.
Other Bedrooms:
There are two further twin bedrooms, fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, bedside units, lamps and chests. One has two twin beds and the other room has bunk beds with two beanbags, cable television and Playstation 2.
Exterior:
The pool is surrounded by a large patio area complete with table, chairs, sun lougers, Gas BBQ and the pool can be heated if required. There is a safety screen for the younger children. The villa has a large double garage
Location & Surroundings:
Southern Dunes is just 18 minutes from Disney. Situated on Highway 27 and is only 5 miles to the Interstate 4 which takes you to the east or west coast in about 50 minutes. It is approimatly 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport. There is so much to do for the whole family both on site and nearby. From the magic that Disney brings to the young ones to the wonders of Kennedy Space Centre and on site attractions like the surperb golf range, It's a great place to book this years vacation. Within walking distance there is a Wal- Mart (open 24 hours) and a Winn Dixie supermarket. Just a drive away there are many varied shopping outlets.
