Sunset Terrace Villa at Solana Resort has 5 large bedrooms plus a Den. 4 are Master Bedrooms. 2 with King sized beds and 2 with Queen sized beds. 5th bedroom has 2 twin beds and the Den has two twin beds set up as day beds. All 5 bedrooms have there own full bath. There are no pullout sofas only beds with upgraded mattresses.

1 Master with King bed & bath are on the 1st floor. 4 bedrooms, each with a full bath, are on the 2nd floor along with Den. All bedrooms and den has a television. There are blow dryers in each of the 5 full bathrooms. The Den, along with the Playstation 2 and DVD player, is also equipped with a computer and Broadband wireless internet.

The Living Room is a separate living area with upscale furniture along with gorgeous window treatments. There is a large sofa, love seat, and a chair.

The beautiful Formal Dining Room has a large table with seating for 8.

Family Room/Kitchen/Nook are open like a Great Room. Family Room is spacious with 18' high ceilings. Also, has a 32" State of the Art LCD Flat screen TV cable, DVD Player, and Playstation 2.
Kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. It is fitted with all that you will need for a comfortable stay.
The nook has a large table and has seating for 6 people.

There is also a 1/2 bath and laundry room off the family room/kitchen for your convenience. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board is also there for your convenience.

Walk straight through laundry room and that will lead you right into our Game Room. The Game Room has a pool table, air hockey table and an electronic dart board for you to enjoy.

For your enjoyment, by the Pool and Patio, there is a 10x40 covered lanai with ceilings fans. There is the extended decking by the 15x30 heated pool and raised spa so you will have lots of room to move around. There is landscaping around pool for your privacy.
There is plenty of seating on the upscale patio furniture by the pool.
