This four bedroom, two and a half bathroom, Non-Smoking villa is bright and spacious and located in a quiet area with easy access to everything Orlando has to offer. We have spent a lot of time to make this property feel like home with everything you will need to make your vacation a great one.
This property sleeps up to ten consisting of a master bedroom with queen-size bed and a large en-suite bath/shower-room with walk in closet, double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, and a double sleeper sofa. With two bedrooms and bathroom at the front of the property and the same at the rear, makes this a great property for two families sharing.
The first twin room has a TV/VCR and PlayStation with games. The second twin room has a TV/VCR and Nintendo with games. The master bedroom has a TV and DVD player and the double bedroom has a TV/DVD. All bedrooms cable.
The open plan living area has a 32 inch TV, DVD player, CD player, and a cable package of over 70 channels, including Disney Channel, Cartoon Network, and MTV. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay.
The screened pool area is great for those relaxing days by the pool. It has an informal dining area with table and four cushioned chairs, large kidney shaped pool {heating optional at a cost), four reclining cushioned loungers and inflatables for the kids. The decking around the pool is spacious and clean and has sun on it most of the day. There are small bushes and trees at either side of the property for that extra bit of privacy.
