Executive 3 bed 2 bath (1850sq ft) villa with a southwest facing pool with a breath taking lake view.This is our luxury privately owned fully air conditioned villa.
Our villa comes fully equipped,the kitchen is very spacious with everything you require including a dish washer. There is a seperate utility room with a large washing machine (washer)& dryer.
The lounge which overlooks the lake and golf course has cable tv and a dvd, with a selection of dvd's with a ceiling fan.
There is also a formal sitting area with a chair and a sofa which converts into a sofa bed making it possible to sleep upto 8 people, here is where you will find the playstation 2 and games, with patio doors leading to the pool with a ceiling fan
The dining area has a large table which will seat upto six people,with a ceiling fan.
Our villa has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, tv complete with cable package and a large walk in closet, and french doors leading out to the pool. The ensuite bathroom has a separate bath and shower complete with hairdryer,with a door leading out to the pool.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed with a large closet and plenty of storage space.
The third bedroom has twin beds, a large closet and also plenty of storage space and a dvd player
Bed linen is supplied for all beds, and towels for all bathrooms, and for the pool and the beach.
We also supply at no extra cost a gas bbq, highchair and cot (crib), all we ask is that if the gas runs out could you please replace the gas bottle.
There is a set of golf clubs in the villa please feel free to use them, they are free to use. You may need golf balls!
The villa also has a safe if you wish to lock your valubles up.
