LOCATION Situated on the upmarket development of Orange Tree on Hwy 27 near the 192 our absolutely stunning vacation home is only 10-12 minutes easy drive from Disney and only minutes away from several championship golf courses. Surrounded by orange groves, it is a perfect place to stay; you can even pick the oranges when they are in season. There are 2 tots play areas, basketball and tennis courts free for your use, also a football field. Close by are nature trails, boating, cycling trails, hot air balloon or helicopter rides, shopping, places to eat and much, much more. Make time to visit Lake Louisa, State National Park close by; it makes a welcome break from the bustle of the theme parks.
About this villa We wanted to make our property really special as we had a massive corner plot with a fabulous view on which to build our villa of over 1/4 acre giving a lovely big garden. We also extended the pool decking area by an extra 17ft in length and 3ft in width to give extra space to relax around the lovely sunny Pool with its conservation and lake view, on one of the 6 comfortable loungers. The private Pool is extra large, 31x15ft and the bubbling Spa is a lovely place in which to put your feet up after a long day in the parks. The screening covering the pool ensures a bug free environment, and the rollaway safety fence keeps the little ones safe. The villa we chose to have built is also large, 3105 sq ft being a special design and converted from a 6/3 to a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom villa, making an extra en-suite bedroom. This gives 5 luxurious large bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite (with super king size beds in two of them and a queen in the third and the 2 twin rooms share a luxury bathroom, all with hairdryers) make this accommodation ideal for 3 couples and their children, or 2 couples, children and the Grandparents. All the bedrooms have cable TV plus clock radios in the 3 master bedrooms. There are also 2 separate lounge areas, one containing a sofa bed, the other with TV and PS2, an elegant dining area, and separate nook/breakfast bar area for more informal dining, adjacent to the well equipped open plan kitchen. There is also a separate utility room The converted double garage makes a superb games room with a Disney theme, and contains a slate bed pool table, an air hockey table, and a selection of books and toys to keep the younger guests happy, plus an overhead fan to provide a welcome breeze. The villa was absolutely wonderful and was set in a beautiful location. The pool was simply fantastic and we enjoyed many late night swims, with the disney fireworks in the background. It was very relaxing. The villa inside is decorated and maintained to a very high standard and has everything that you could wish for. It is located literally only 10 mins to Disney, and all the other main theme parks are only a short drive away. Also, a five minute drive down the road is a massive Walmart store. My whole family enjoyed staying in the villa and we were all very sad to go home! It was so nice living in luxury for three weeks! I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay.

Hi Shirley,
We did have a fantastic time and the house was great, everything we expected and more! We are going to be spoiled as the kids will never want to stay in an ordinary hotel room again. We plan to come back in the near future and we have friends who are already asking about renting it.
The location was great, the house had plenty of room for our friends and family and the pool / Jacuzzi area were awesome - we mostly lived out by the pool

Back home and already Orlando seems such a long time ago! The villa is fabulous, beautifully furnished and very spacious. It was ideal for our party of eight. Your Man Co were very helpful and arranged a mid-stay clean for us. We were delighted with the villa and would be pleased to give references to future guests if required.
