This a 3 bed 2 bath villa with private pool in the community of Indian Point, Kissimmee and is just 2 minutes from the popular Hwy 192 (Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway) which has many wide ranging shops and restaurants. It is the ideal location for Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and many other major attractions.
The villa is luxuriously furnished throughout and comprises:
Large sitting room with TV, DVD, Video and Hi-fi. This has double doors opening onto a 26 foot kidney shaped heated pool which is screened for protection from insects and is set in a fenced garden. The pool area is furnished with a table (with parasol), chairs and sun loungers
Just off the sitting room is a separate dining area. Next to this is the kitchen which is fully equipped (cooker, fridge freezer, microwave) and has its own breakfast seating area.
There are 3 bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV/DVD and en suite shower room.
The other bedrooms are a double with a Queen size bed and a triple bunk plus single (with TV/Playstation 2). These further bedrooms share a family bathroom.
