Relax and holiday in style with our detached, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped brand new family home which has been furnished by a professional Interior Designer. No detail has been overlooked and the home has everything plus more you would expect in a modern American household. There are TVs in all bedrooms and also a computer with internet connection. The house was the show home for the development so has many up-grades through-out the house
Situated on a delightful estate within easy drives to countless local attractions including the world famous Walt Disney World™ we can guarantee a holiday suited for all the family.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed & a sitting area which is for that time of day just to sit and relax and watch the children in the pool, it also has a safe, TV, a ensuite Bathroom with two vanity units his & hers, large walk in shower, & a walk in wardrobe You can also walk straight out onto the pool area for that early morning dip.
Not forgetting the other guests all of the bedrooms are ensuite and individually designed with twin and queen beds, TVs - any younger guests will fall in love with the "jungle room". Which is great fun
Downstairs, and with ample seating, the family room is large enough for everyone to get together and relax after a hard days vacation or just chill and watch TV. There is also internet connection with a laptop. This room also has direct access to the pool area, kitchen & cafe
The Dinning area has a very stylish table, accompanied with elegant chairs for a relaxed but yet still formal surrounding.
Games Room - Essential for extra entertainment includes pool table, table football,
Dart board, air hockey and TV with playsataion2. The games room is also air conditioned and has a sofa bed
Cafe - Well equipped and spacious for enjoyable group eating. The dining area is also conveniently placed for easy access to/from the totally equipped kitchen. A sunny breakfast area which overlooks the pool & patio
There is also a gas BBQ, cot, play pen and high chair. Separate fully equipped laundry room, iron and hoover
Poolside - South facing, 30x15 pool and spa. With underwater lighting. Easy access for children and the elderly via wide steps. The large (covered) deck area has ample furniture and is ideal for sunbathing as the house faces south, it also has a table and chairs for alfresco eating! so just sit back and relax and have some fun
