The 4 bedrooms sleep up to 8 comfortably, the 2 masters have ensuite bathrooms, plus another bathroom diectly accessible from the pool.
There is a large fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer,dishwasher ceramic hob,microwave,toaster, slow cooker plus all utensils.
All linen and towels are provided.
The villa has its own southerly facing heated pool and the Community Clubhouse, not far away, also has a pool, bar, gym, internet cafe, games room, sauna, meeting room, information desk, and children's play area, all available for use by guests.

The ultimate Florida Experience

My Wife, Daughter and I have stayed at 2609 Emerald Island Boulevard, two years running now with groups of our family up to 8 people on each occasion and I have to say that we are all hooked.
We had been looking for the perfect place for us to have the space, freedom, facilities and attractions, ideal climate, comfort and scenery which still provides the greatest amount of family fun. We realised it in May 2004. We enjoyed it more so the second time in November 2005, and long to return for a 3rd visit.
I may sound like I'm over selling this you might think!?
No Way!
For us, it was perfect. Emerald Island is in the most ideal location. It's quiet, peaceful location would seem like it is miles from anywhere but it is right on the door step to the States greatest attractions. It has all of the facilities that you can want. It is 35 to 40 minutes drive from the main airport in Orlando, which is for us the ideal distance. All of the amenities you need are just a stones throw away. When visiting the theme parks, beaches etc, we spent just minutes, most days travelling in the hire car. Some days, the return journey was just 5 to 10 minutes in total. The only time we had to spend longer in the car was when we took a drive across the state of Florida for the day.
We liked going out for the day but it was a problem for us to drag ourselves from this superb villa. It has a very stylish, upmarket design and decor. It has masses of space whilst it still maintains the maximum level of comfort and relaxation. It is never a problem for the kids either, just staying in for a few days because this house is equipped with 'muchus' kids entertainment. This is tried and tested by my now 8 year old daughter, and all of her cousins.
The swimming pool is devine. Right from when you first arrive, its size, depth and temperature are, yet again, perfect.
The photographs simply do not encompass the size, elegance and beauty of the place.
Needless to say we will be looking at staying here again. It is a must for anyone thinking of visiting Florida.
