This luxury 6 bed 4.5 bath villa sleeps 12(plus infant) and has a 30ft south facing pool and spa.The villa is equipped to executive standard and includes: games room with pool table , foosball, air hockey, Ps2, Internet access and sat cableTv/dvd to all bedrooms.

TheGROUND FLOORhas a large comfortable family room with 52" TV/DVD.Watch our satellite tv , over 200 channels inc LIVE English Premiership Football&NFL games. The fully equipped open plan kitchen has a breakfast nook with seating for 6. A second spacious living area withTV/DVD includes a formal dining area for 6.A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also on the ground floor,there is also a laundry room and powder bath on this floor.

?The first floor boasts 2 further master suites with bath and 3 twins (themed) and a further bathroom. The loft area has a sofabed, ps2 and internet linked computer for our younger guests.Situated on the new Emerald Island Resort a 24 hr gated community 3 miles from Walt Disney World the nearest resort to Mickey.Shops and restaurants are in abundance less than 1 mile away. Emerald Island provides facilities above and beyond other villa communities. The clubhouse is the centre of activity providing community pool,spa, sauna, gym,arcade,childrens play area volley ball court and a nature trail winds through the community.

Formal living/ dining room; this quiet and comfortable lounge provides a seating area with ceiling fan,PS2 &games, films,sat/ cable T.V and D.V.D. player. The formal dining table seats six. Family Room; this informal living area is open plan to the kitchen and is galleried from above. It is the ideal spot to relax with the family, enjoy the 52" H/D rear projection sat/cable T.V or a D.V.D or play music on the 5Cd player. The patio doors give an ideal view of the pool & deck area. Kitchen; the informal breakfast area seats six and also has patio doors leading to the pool ( it also provides a good view of the T.V in the family room!) Equipped with; cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker and phone. The feature archway provides easy food access to the formal dining area. Opulence Master bedroom; a king size four poster is the centre piece of this luxury room which over looks the pool area. Ceiling fan, cable T.V, D.V.D player and phone are provided. An en suite master bathroom has his/ hers vanity unit, garden tub, separate shower and w.c. Half bath; with wash basin and w.c. Laundry room; with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. Games room/ garage; the kids can escape from the adults, though they too may want to play pool, air hockey & foosball. Pool and spa; the pool area is screened. An 8ft wide lanai spans the back of the villa to provide shade with ceiling fan above. There are table and chairs so that you may enjoy a poolside snack or drink. You may prefer to sunbathe on the loungers or relax in the spa. The 30 ft pool and extended deck provide ample space for the children to play, splash and go wild! At night the coloured pool lighting creates a relaxing ambiance.Child safety fence for added security. My family and I just returned from a wonderful vacation in Orlando at your house. It was perfect in every way! In fact, on the airline returning to Seattle, all of us in the group (8 in all) remarked that we would not have changed a thing. The facility was absolutely the best stocked (with crib, bikes, games, pool etc) we have seen in our experience. Your company does a great job maintaining it as well!
