The vaulted cathedral ceiling provides a light and airy feel to the home. Sunlight streams through the two picture windows on the galleried landing all day long. Alternatively smaller families who wish to expeience the grandeur of larger living space also book our accommodation. Two lounge area's offer formal dining and classic seating for those festive occassions and a second vaulted ceiling family room with 53inch TV and cinema surround sound system. Both these rooms are dressed for Thanksgiving through to Christmas/New Year . There is also a fully equipped kitchen seperated from the family room by a breakfast bar and stools ,alternatively eat your breakfast in the cosy breakfast nook or by the pool. There is a seperate utility room housing family sized washer and dryer with ironing facilties. There is a fully equipped AIR CONDITIONED games area with 8ft slate bed pool table, Air hockey, Fooseball, Electronic darts, pinball and slots........ We have two electric scooters for use around Cumbrian Lakes community. On the galleried loft area, surf the net on our personal Computer with FREE broadband internet access .We also provide WIFI access if guests wish to bring along their own laptop.For the younger ones a Playstation 2 with games is provided. A library of films has been added to use on the seven TV,DVD s throughout the villa. TV,DVD , subtle lighting and soft furnishing. En suite facilities include two walk in closets ,his and her illuminated vanity units,walk in shower and sunken bath. Hairdryer, towels and linen provided in all bedrooms and bathrooms. The Queen bedroom on the ground floor has sliding doors to the pool, furnished floridian style .This room also has a double closet ,dresser,mirror,radio alarm clock,TV,DVD lights etc.............. There is a further full bedroom on the first floor with all the furnishings and amenties of the Queeen bedroom. We have two twin rooms with TV,DVD players, double closets etc............. We chose our bedroom and bathroom layout as carefully as our villa and location. The bedrooms work great for families to share an adjoining bathroom suite. Alternatively at least three couples also have a bathroom to themselves. The Jack and Jill style bathrooms are ideal set ups for parents to have little ones close by. Our commitment to guests is to ensure a great vacation in a luxury home. We have our home independently accredited by the Guild of Florida Owners so that potential renters have some idea of the standard of furnishings and facilities they are receiving .
