This impeccably clean and exquisitely decorated Florida Villa is located in the quiet, relaxing Crescent Lakes area. This is one of the few homes you will find with a totally fenced, private back yard and pool. Our home is both luxurious for adults, and extremely child & baby friendly at the same time.

After a fun day in the parks, you can relax on our covered patio or take a dip in the pool in total privacy. Kids will love the "Winnie The Pooh" themed bedroom where Pooh murals are splashed onto the walls, and two Winnie the Pooh twin beds provide a place of rest after a hectic day in the parks!

A fantastic, luxurious king master suite with TV, large attached bathroom has a walkout patio door to the covered patio lanai and pool. A spacious second bath provides a walk out door to the pool and patio, so swimmers can change or shower after a swim without tracking inside with wet suits!

Baby items included - High Quality Pack & Play, Full Size Stroller w/Sun Canopy, High Chair, Baby Bouncy Chair, Bottle Warmer & Baby Monitor, Toys, Puzzles & Lego's, children's plates & silverware...pack light! Also X-Box system with 2 controllers AND games for the older kids. We also provide a nice selection of board games, playing cards, books, magazines & videos/DVD's.

Only 12 miles from Disney, and 15 minutes from the famous International Drive. Our home sleeps ten and has two unique, separate living/family room areas and a beautiful, open concept kitchen. Dine at the eat-in kitchen bar, or in our separate dining room. Pack lighter and use our full laundry facilities which include super-capacity Maytag washer and dryer, iron & ironing board.

The Crescent Lakes area is a beautiful Conservation area. It is an ideal location for families. There are two nearby children's play areas within walking distance, and a scenic walking/jogging/biking path that stretches for miles throughout the development. Plus as the name suggests, numerous lakes to fish in. Children will enjoy catching fish in a matter of minutes!

Shops and supermarkets are near, as well as Target & Target Grocery, Super Walmart and mini marts to grab a quick coffee or newspaper. A wonderful selection of restaurants will meet your every dining need. Other close activities include Airboat Rides, jet skiing, boating, horse back riding stables and a wonderful petting zoo. Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral is just an hour and 15 minutes away too!

Our smoke-free home is managed by Crescent Lakes Vacation Management, who you can call upon for 24 hour service if a need arises. They are truly second to none. Your vacation home will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.

Our villa also features a Brinks Security System and door alarms on all doors & patio doors leading to pool and patio.
