This villa has the added advantage of an additional
sitting room with extra TV. It has an open plan kitchen and large bedrooms.
There is a large 30 by 14 foot luxury private screened pool.
The villa has a privacy fence to the rear so is not overlooked.
It is within walking distance of a comprehensive shopping plaza featuring a 24 hour supermarket, post office, bank, dry cleaners, hair dressers, dentist and take away/delivery pizza.

Our fantastic villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. It is freshly decorated and maintained to a high standard.
There are 3 TVs, VCR and DVD . The phone allows for free local calls so can be used with a laptop and internet provider that connects locally. We have now added a cordless phone and answer phone for your convenience.
This superb villa has all the comforts of home. The living room is very spacious and has a large TV, DVD and VCR for your use. It has a large wood polished dining table for those more formal meals and overlooks the pool area and the open conservation ground behind the villa. All the rooms feature fans for your additional comfort.
The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area with large table and six chairs - everything is supplied for all your needs and even includes an electric kettle. It is open plan with the living room so no-one misses out on what is happening while preparing a meal or just getting a drink.
All the bedrooms are very spacious and have built in wardrobes. The master suite has its own en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower and twin vanity units and its own 20" TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are either side of the 2nd bathroom - one is queen bedded room the other a twin and is ideal for the second family if two families are sharing.
The 4th bedroom is Disney themed and has bunk beds - great for our younger guests allowing up to 4 to share one bunk is a full sized bed so can be used by adults.
The 5th bedroom is set up with a queen sofa bed in it so it can be used either as a 5th bedroom or as a second living room with its own TV.
This is situated opposite the 3rd bathroom. This works well for families with younger children as it gives you a place for toys and cartoon TV watching while leaving the adults their own living space and TV.
The garage now has a table tennis table and foosball for guests to enjoy.
All bedrooms have clocks and mirrors.
There is a cot and high chair provided free of charge.
There is a washer and dryer available for your use with iron and ironing board.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker and microwave. There are loads of dishes, pans and cooking equipment, even an electric kettle.
All linen and towels are provided and there is a large washing machine and tumble dryer for your use.
There is a large 30 X 15 pool that can be optionally heated and a pool cover is provided to ensure a good pool temperature in the colder months.
Cot and High Chair provided free of charge.
