Calabay Parc
Our luxury villa on Calabay Parc enjoys close proximity to Orlando’s attractions, Disney being a 15-minute drive away. Being close to exit 55 of Interstate 4 means other attractions, e.g. Tampa and the Gulf and Space coasts are easily reachable. Nearby are a host of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses.
The villa is spacious and fully air-conditioned. Enjoying a south facing pool and having a private outlook by backing onto woodland, you can sunbathe and swim in privacy. The pool deck has four loungers, a table with four chairs and a towel rack.
Our villa sleeps up to 8 in two doubles and one twin bedroom, with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, which has a large tub, shower, twin vanity units and a large walk in closet.
The 2nd double and twin rooms share a 2nd bathroom with shower and vanity unit.
All linen, towels and hangers are provided, as are hairdryers.
Our kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, plus all required cutlery, crockery and utensils. A telephone is provided with free local calls. Adjacent utility room has a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Our living room has cable TV, a VCR and a CD stereo. The patio doors to the pool deck are alarmed for safety.
Our management company are on hand 24 hours for guest assistance and of course emergencies.
