The private screened pool (28’ x 15’) faces due south, overlooks a conservation area and is NOT overlooked by the neighbours on either side, something which is VERY RARE in Florida these days, there is also a huge carpeted 28’ x 10’ covered lanai/patio, so if you do give the parks a miss one day -you can escape the intense heat of the mid-day sun!
Furnished with sun loungers and a table and 8 chairs for dining ‘al-fresco’. There is a plentiful supply of pool towels. The pool can be heated during the winter months for a small extra charge.
The villa itself is large, extremely spacious, with high vaulted ceilings is light and airy.
There are 2 family rooms/lounges, both having 2 large sofas, 1 has a large TV, VCR and DVD player; the other has a CD stereo music system, with a further separate dining room the living/family areas are definitely not cramped.
The bedrooms are all large and have huge closets, allowing plenty of storage for all those extra clothes you are sure to buy, 3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own TV.
A more formal dining room with the table set and laid ready for you, should you wish to dine in style or celebrate a special occasion
Should you decide not to dine out the kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer with ice making, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all the usual small electrical appliances for you to whip up a culinary delight, there is even a rolling pin! , Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware, and loads of plastic plates, glasses, mugs etc. for use outside by the pool; the kitchen also has a table and 4 chairs.
For baby the villa is equipped with a cot / crib with bedding, highchair, bed guard, changing mat and other bits and pieces! All at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
There are 4 large boxes of games and toys for both children and adults.
The villa is situated on a quiet development at Buenaventura Lakes, an area of Kissimmee, which is surrounded by lakes, and conservation areas making for a very peaceful and tranquil setting.
Located just 3 minutes drive is Ventura Downs shopping mall which has a Doctor and Dentist (we hope you will not need the services of either!), there are 2 grocery stores, Banks, Blockbuster video, fast foods outlets, tourist information centre and of course the local Dollar store, to name just a few – 1.25 miles drive the other way is a 24-hour Wal*mart superstore, the 417 Greenway, Florida Turnpike, Orange Blossom Trail and the 192 are all close by.
Orlando International Airport is just 16 minutes in the car, which is great especially after a long haul flight, all the Disney Parks and Central Florida attractions such as Universal Studios, Wet & Wild etc are all within 15-30 minutes drive, and fortunately for people who get lost and have no sense of direction (like me!) we are just a couple of turnings from the Osceola Parkway -this is a direct road which takes you straight to Disney’s front door.
We want you to enjoy the villa as it was designed – so we have deliberately omitted having any sleep sofas or rollaway beds, we also limit the number of weeks per year the villa is rented out – allowing us time to refurbish and keep the villa in pristine condition
The villa has been inspected and is licensed by the State of Florida.
We welcome smaller numbers of guests and are happy to accept U. S. Dollars
