The villa is situated in a quiet area of mixed residential and rental villas, there are communal pool, basket ball, volley ball, and tennis.
Good communal areas can make a holiday as it is a place where kids and adults can meet and make new friends.
They also allow the worn out parents to relax between visits to the many wonderful attractions.
The Villa is Three bed but has two lounges, in one there is a sofa bed that will sleep 2 further guests. Max 8 people

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

If you are looking for a house to rent while in Florida, this is the one that you are looking for. I found it to be so FANTASIC, that I have to stay there again. The owners are GREAT, and this house has everything you would need. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is only a few minutes drive to Mickey Mouse.
The main thing that I found really fantastic about this house was the PRIVACY. I enjoyed the fact that we were not cramped in one room, with one bathroom, and only one TV. Even though the only time we really watched tv was in the mornings while getting ready.
It was also nice to be able to cook breakfast instead of having a (hotel breakfast). We had a hot breakfast every morning, and that was really nice. There were plenty of kitchen ware. They have everything that you would need. Dishwasher works GREAT! I hate doing dishes!
The house was EXTREMELY CLEAN!!! That was another big plus for me. The rooms were of perfect size, and my daughter was excited. She had two beds in her room.
The pool was very well used! The kids had just as much fun in the pool as they did in the parks. Nothing like having the kids all wound up from a exciting day at the park, and coming home and being able to unwind and go for a swim in the pool; not having to worry about it being closed. Then after the kids go to bed in their own rooms, it was really nice to be able to go for a swim and relax.
I am not sure what else to say, except rent this house and you won\'t be disappointed.
