THE FUN HAS JUST BEGUN Our villa is nestled on the quite sub-division of Indian Creek, just of highway 192 and only 5 minutes from Disney. It is a 5 bed/4 bath, with 3 master bedroom, the 1st and 2nd having king size beds and en-suite;with separate access to the pool. The 3rd master has and adjoining bath where the 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a bathroom.

The villa has a spacious family room with cable 32"TV, DVD, VCR, stereo system;add to these is a sumptuous sofa and chairs to enjoy and watch your favorite TV programs. Step out through the sliding door to our covered lanai, and sit and eat AL-fresco, or watch the sun set in our large south facing pol area, with private fencing all around. Luxurious sleeping accommodation in our 5 bedrooms:the 1st and 2nd have king size beds, TV'S, night stands with lamps and a clock/alarm/radio, a master bathroom with his 'n' hers vanity basins, plus shower/bath/toilet and walk in closet. The 3rd master has a queen size bed with adjoining bathroom. The 4th and 5th bedrooms have twin beds night stands, lamps, dressers and closet space, one of these bedrooms has a WINNIE the PHOO theme and they share a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need with a separate dinning area or at the breakfast nook or our by the pool. If you do not want to cook there numerous restaurant on Highway 192 just minutes away. There's lots of activities to do in Indian creek with tennis courts, putting green, BBQ and picnic areas, football pitch, basketball and children's play area.

Nearby there are loads of good golf courses and horse riding to be found. Combine all this with the location, just a couple on minutes form shops and restaurants, easy access to all the magic that Orlando has to offer and you have a perfect vacation base.

Our prices include all taxes. There will be a cleaning charge for a booking less than 7 nights of $100(including taxes) We also have free use of highchair, stroller/pushchair and cot/crib(please bring own bedding for this item). New this year are wooden floor in all bedrooms, tvs in all bedrooms some with DVD, playstation2 and games and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Pool heat is optional and is $30 per night. New hot tub now installed and can be heated for $10 per day. A deposit of $200 will secure booking and a security deposit of $350 is required with final payment. This security deposit will be refunded if no damage etc occurs to villa. WIRLESS INTERNET NOW AVAILABLE.
